The Feather River Tea Party Patriots announced Susan Tully, National Field Director, Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) will be the Special Guest Speaker at their Monday, June 18, 2018 meeting.
The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) was founded in 1979 and continues to lead the call for immigration reform. Their mission is public education regarding U.S. immigration policy.
FAIR representatives have testified before Congress on Immigration issues more than any other organization and FAIR’s publications are relied on by academics and government officials involved in formulating immigration policy.
Susan Tully, FAIR’s National Field Director, has been working with FAIR since 2002. She started working on the immigration issue as an activist in 1989 and has appeared on Fox News with Bret Hume, Fox & Friends, CNN with Lou Dobbs, Geraldo Rivera, and Dan Rather, and has given hundreds of Talk Radio interviews. She was the Republican Congressional Candidate in 2000 for Wisconsin’s 3rd District. A retired Code Enforcement Officer with the City of Orange in California, she is married, mother of six, and grandmother of 15.
Mrs. Tully will give a PowerPoint presentation on the immigration chaos and crisis in California. She will specifically address SB 54, the California Sanctuary State law. She will review the law and discuss why it is bad; the impact on the citizens of Sanctuary Cities, safety issues, and what we can do about it.
Everyone is welcome. There is no membership and no cost to attend. The Feather River Tea Party Patriots meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. sharp and will be held at the Crossroads Community Church, 445 B Street, Yuba City.
